We suggest removing jewelry to exercise, shower, swim and sleep, and to take care when applying lotions, perfumes, or hairspray. This will keep the oxidizing and tangling down and the quality up. Especially for your sterling and copper pieces. You may wash your jewelry with a gentle dish soap and completely dry it with a soft cloth. To remove tarnish/oxidation, you can find our favorite jewelry dip here.
Although we can't necessarily recommend it, we will say that some members of our team wear the same gold filled pieces every day, rarely remove them, and they do beautifully.
When you aren't wearing your jewelry, keep it in an airtight zip bag.
